A momentous day for all Bruins, UCLA Alumni Day is a time to reconnect – with the campus, friends, and the Bruin spirit. UCLA Alumni Day 2015 featured a welcome keynote from alumnus Matt Nix '94, creator the USA Network series Burn Notice, lunch on "The Hill," residence hall and recreation tours, presentations exploring the ways in which campus continues to transform, activities just for kids at the John Wooden Center, and culminated with a special dinner and performances in Wilson Plaza.

Bruins who are revolutionizing their communities and industries were also recognized at the annual UCLA Awards ceremony, held in the Los Angeles Tennis Center. Honorees included: Henry Waxman ’61, J.D. ’64; Nancy Halpern Ibrahim ’80, M.P.H. ’93; Kathleen Dracup M.N. ’74; Anita Ortega ’82; Ann Wang ’13; Jessica Willison ’13; and Al Aubin Ed.D. ’71.
